I was utterly clueless about fitness & nutrition and the years that followed saw me make every mistake imaginable. I made absolutely ZERO progress and felt completely demoralised.
But everything changed when I got a coach. Someone to guide me through all the nonsense online and tell me exactly what to do and how to do it without me having to sacrifice anything. That coach inspired me to become a PT myself.
